After more than 20 years in real estate brokerage, I have developed a strong conviction: a successful transaction begins with a true understanding of the building and complete transparency of information.

This is why I place particular importance on the Seller’s Declaration. Far more than a simple form, it is a critical tool to understand a property's history, identify potential elements to monitor, and protect all parties involved in a transaction.

With my expertise in construction and renovations, I help sellers present their property with clarity and rigor. For buyers, my approach begins during the property visits. I carefully analyze the building’s components, previous renovations, technical indicators, and of course the Seller’s Declaration, in order to identify elements that may influence value, future costs, or potential risks.

This thorough analysis allows buyers to make well-informed decisions, with a clear understanding of the property they are considering purchasing.
