Serge Lacaille, founder and owner of RE/MAX Imagine & RE/MAX Privilege, has been in real estate brokerage since 1976.

Founded in 1983, the two agencies bring together a team of nearly 150 experienced brokers headed by Serge Lacaille.

The excellent market share held by RE/MAX Imagine and RE/MAX Privilège faithfully reflects the dynamism of the brokers. Serge Lacaille has indeed managed to bring together experienced people, working with ardor and professionalism to meet the needs of a loyal clientele who has followed us since 1983.

The orientation of RE/MAX Imagine and RE/MAX Privilege is more of a residential nature. However, many of our brokers also work in investment as well as in residential and commercial development.

RE/MAX Imagine and RE/MAX Privilège also have a familial connotation, since Mathieu & Simon-Pierre, both sons of Serge Lacaille, joined the team.
